Sadly, CBS is limiting the Super Bowl 2016 live streaming on smartphones to Verizon Wireless customers, but we will let you know other ways to watch the Super bowl online.

Here are the 5 ways to watch the Super Bowl 50 online:
1. Web
If you are at home and want to stream the Super Bowl from your PC or laptop, CBS Sports will have the live stream here. So simply open the link with your favorite web browser. To be clear, the stream is available for everyone, even to those who don’t have a cable subscription.
2. Apple TV and other Set top Boxes
And if you have an Apple TV, Android TV or Roku box, you can watch the game via the CBS Sports app. Download the appropriate app from here. You can download the the Android TV app here, and the Roku app here.
3. Xbox One
Xbox users are in for some luck as they can also download the CBS Sports app from the Xbox One Store to stream the game. Unfortunately, the PlayStation 4 users would have to look elsewhere as CBS won’t be streaming the Super Bowl there.
4. Windows 10
For whatever reasons if the web browser option isn’t working on your PC or if you are using a Windows 10 tablet, you can head to the Windows 10 App store and download the Windows 10 app to stream Super Bowl live.
5. iPad and Android Tablets
As mentioned before, CBS will be live streaming the Super Bowl 50 for tablet users (even though smartphone users need Verizon Wireless subscription). If you have an iPad, go download the app here or if you have an Android tablet, here is the link to download the CBS Sports app. Alternatively, since the game will broadcast on CBS, you can access with your regular cable subscription or use one of these Over-the-Air digital antennas.
Watch Super Bowl 50 Outside of US
For those who are traveling and not currently in the US, you ideally require a NFL Game Pass which costs $99/year. But they have a 7-day free trial which is more than enough to watch the Super Bowl for free. Or else, you can check out one of the many Free VPN services or paid ones, and look for one of the five above mentioned options. If you are in the UK, the Super Bowl starts at 11.30PM on February 7th. This year BBC will be broadcasting the Super Bowl in the UK and you can watch the live stream for free. Head over to the website or look for BBC iPlayer and BBC sports apps. And if you are in Canada, CTV is your friend. And of course there are those Super Bowl ads adding to the excitement. So keep a tab on Hulu and YouTube for those ads The game starts at 6:30PM ET on Sunday, February 7th.
